The access Works agents have is not available anywhere else in this region.
Zillow routes high-intent buyers and sellers directly to Works agents via live phone connection — no cold outreach, no upfront spend. You pay a referral fee only at close. Works agents also get Zillow Listing Showcase, which includes interactive floor plans, virtual tours, AI-powered virtual staging, and SkyTour aerial views — features that drive 60%+ more page views than standard listings. Zillow Preview lets you market listings as coming soon, building buyer demand before you even hit the MLS.
Zillow Preferred is invite-only and performance-gated — Zillow monitors speed-to-lead, follow-up, satisfaction scores, and conversion. Most brokerages never qualify.
